We are a small to medium business engaged in the manufacture of metal components including but not limited to castings. We currently supply a broad range of industry both here in Australia and overseas, the strength of our company is in our understanding of the entire process from conception to finished product, we offer a network of specialised foundry metallurgical expertise and engineering experience gained over 40 years in the field.

Our clients often have drawing files of parts they require , however if not we can undertake drawings in Autocad or Solidworks We also use state of the art laser scanning technology coupled with solid modeling to capture and transform client input data into engineering model files required for manufacture of the required parts.

Thus the customer can have computer models created from existing parts , roughly fabricated shapes or any other combination of methods to convey what it is they require to be manufactured. The customer is given the opportunity to view a virtual product before manufacture begins, thus allowing for further input into the end product.

We then manage the manufacture and supply of parts ensuring that they comply with the requirements as specified in purchase documents and referenced standards. To do this we select our preferred manufacturing plant capable of producing the part on time to the desired quality and price.

We then transfer the complete manufacturing information to the plant including drawing files , models , Inspection and test plans and material specifications , gauging requirements etc, so that they fully understand the requirements for each part.
